Sampling typically takes 7–15 days after mold approval. Mass production lead time depends on quantity and complexity and will be confirmed in your quotation.
Yes, we provide pre-production samples for your approval so you can verify color, hardness, dimensions and texture before committing to volume.
Yes, we can match any Pantone color, and offer translucent, glow-in-the-dark and multi-color options.
We offer compression molding, liquid silicone injection (LSR) and over-molding, plus secondary finishing such as printing, laser marking and assembly.

Yes, we are happy to sign an NDA to protect your designs and intellectual property.
We typically accept T/T with a deposit to confirm the order and the balance before shipment. Terms can be discussed for established partnerships.
A realistic MOQ is the volume at which a dedicated steel mold, a clean press cycle and per-batch testing are amortized without inflating your unit price. Very low "MOQ 100" offers often mean order consolidation, a soft prototype mold that degrades quickly, or tooling cost hidden in a higher unit price. We quote a transparent breakdown so you can compare total cost, not just the MOQ number.
Yes. We sign NDAs as standard and run strict internal protocols: customer tooling is segregated and never shared, files are access-controlled, and products are never shown as "ours" or used for other buyers. Your IP stays yours for the life of the SKU. Specific customer references are only shared under NDA during your review.
Yes — we welcome factory audits and host customer visits. We can also arrange a virtual walkthrough of the molding, tooling and QC areas within 24 hours of request, and provide ISO 9001 documentation and per-batch test reports for your review.
Yes. We support Amazon and e-commerce sellers with FBA-ready packaging, barcodes, private labeling and carton marking, and we consolidate shipments to reduce logistics cost. Tell us your marketplace and compliance needs and we will align packaging and documentation accordingly.
Because silicone is flexible, we recommend generous tolerances where possible — typically ±0.1 mm to ±0.3 mm depending on part size. With LSR injection and precision multi-cavity tooling, tighter tolerances down to ±0.05 mm are achievable. Our DFM review confirms the tolerance plan before tooling so you do not pay for precision you do not need.
Yes. Our QC laboratory performs mechanical, hardness, dimensional and visual checks on every batch, with third-party certification (FDA, LFGB, ROHS, REACH) coordinated for your target market. We provide inspection records so you have full traceability from raw material to finished product.
