Custom Silicone Parts

Any silicone part, made to your drawing, sample or idea — keypads, gaskets, O-rings, suction cups, rubber feet, grips and more, from prototype to mass production.

Custom Manufacturing

One Factory, Every Silicone Part You Need

Whether you have a finished CAD file, a physical sample, or only a rough idea, our engineers turn it into a manufacturable silicone part — with material, hardness, color and finish matched to your application.

  • Keypads & buttons — tactile, durable, precise
  • Gaskets, O-rings & seals — tight tolerance sealing
  • Suction cups & rubber feet — for mounting and stability
  • Watch bands, grips & caps — consumer-ready finish

How It Works

From Idea to Production

Three starting points, one proven process.

1. You Have CAD

Send your 2D or 3D drawing. We run a DFM review, confirm tolerances and material, then quote tooling and production.

2. You Have a Sample

Send a physical sample. We reverse-engineer dimensions and replicate or improve the part to your specification.

3. You Have an Idea

Describe the use and requirements. Our engineers design the part, select the material and guide you to a manufacturable design.

Common Questions

Custom Silicone Parts FAQ

We manufacture a wide range of custom silicone parts — keypads, gaskets, O-rings, suction cups, rubber feet, watch bands, grips, caps and more — to your drawing, sample or idea, using compression molding, LSR injection molding and overmolding.
Yes. Send a sample, photo or sketch and our engineers will reverse-engineer the dimensions and create a manufacturable design. We guide projects from concept through DFM review to tooling and production.
MOQ is flexible and depends on part size, complexity and cavity count. We offer low-MOQ prototyping and small-batch runs to validate your part before scaling to mass production.
Typical sampling is 3–7 days for straightforward parts and 7–14 days for complex or medical-grade parts, depending on tooling complexity. We confirm the sampling timeline during DFM review.
