Custom silicone parts require a dedicated mold, but we offer flexible MOQ structures for early-stage verification and pilot runs. Standard production scales up to thousands of units depending on part size and cavity configuration.
After final DFM and drawing approval, simple first-shot samples are typically completed within 3–7 days; samples requiring a custom mold take 7–15 days, depending on part complexity.
We provide ISO 9001-certified quality management, material batch traceability records, Certificate of Conformance (COC), and third-party test reports for FDA 21 CFR, LFGB, RoHS and REACH as required by your market.
Standard international terms are T/T wire transfer, typically a tooling deposit with a production upfront allocation and the balance before dispatch. Specialized credit structures can be reviewed for long-term contract accounts.
Yes, we welcome physical site inspections and third-party compliance audits. Coordinate with our team in advance to schedule access to the tooling center, production lines and QC laboratory.
