Flat sheet gaskets and molded profiles from under 1 mm to several mm thick, in custom outer and inner geometry. We work from your 2D or 3D drawing and recommend thickness for your compression and sealing needs.
Yes. For high-pressure or large-area gaskets we can add fabric, metal or plastic inserts to limit over-compression and maintain dimensional stability.
MOQ is flexible and depends on size, profile and cavity count. Small prototype batches are available for verification, with multi-cavity tooling for cost-effective volume production.
Yes. We offer food-contact silicone tested for FDA 21 CFR and LFGB compliance, suitable for lids, containers and kitchen appliances.
