Keypads That Feel Right and Last

A silicone keypad is a switch, a seal and a brand surface in one. We mold keypads with conductive carbon or metal contacts, engineer the actuation force and travel, and print or laser-etch legends that stay legible.

  • Conductive carbon pills — reliable switch contact
  • Tactile & click feedback — custom actuation force
  • Laser-etched & printed legends — durable marking
  • Backlit & multi-color — for premium products

Common Questions

Silicone Keypad FAQ

Yes. We mold keypads with conductive carbon pills (or metal domes) that close a circuit on your PCB. We specify actuation force, travel and contact resistance to match your design.
Typical silicone keys actuate at 150–400 g with 0.5–1.5 mm travel, adjustable via the web and carbon pill design. We tune these during DFM to match your tactile requirement.
Yes. We offer silk-screen printing, laser etching and multi-color printing for legends and branding, with Pantone color matching at ΔE ≤ 1.5.
Yes. Translucent or semi-transparent compounds with clear or tinted windows allow backlighting for premium, low-light products.
